Directions

From Main Street
Follow Main Street to W. Delavan. Turn west onto W. Delavan. Follow to Delaware and turn left again. Circle around the traffic circle (Gates Circle) to continue on Delaware. Turn into the hospital driveway and follow to the end. Turn right just before the street to enter the city run parking lot.

From Route 33 (Kensington Expressway)
Follow Route 33 until it joins Route 198. Follow Route 198 until the Delaware exit (there is only one exit for Delaware Avenue). At the end of the exit, turn right and right again onto Delaware Avenue. Follow Delaware heading south toward downtown. Circle around the traffic circle (Gates Circle) to continue on Delaware. Turn left into the hospital driveway and follow to the end. Turn right just before the street to enter the city run parking lot.

From I-190 North/I-190 South
Route 198 begins at the intersection of Route 190 and Route 198. Follow 198 to the first Delaware Avenue exit (south). Follow Delaware heading south toward downtown. Circle around the traffic circle (Gates Circle) to continue on Delaware. Turn left into the hospital driveway and follow to the end. Turn right just before the street to enter the city run parking lot.

Public Transportation
Metro Rail and Metro Bus Service provided by the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority can be accessed from Gates Circle. Parking

Parking is available in the Lafayette parking lot located across from the hospital on Lafayette Avenue. The City of Buffalo operates a parking ramp next to the hospital. Metered and non-metered parking are also available on the streets around the hospital.
